Oracle LCM is based in London and will initially offer its services primarily to high net worth individuals from Eastern Europe. Its staff are fluent English and Russian speakers. Dr Rapoport, Executive Director of Oracle LCM, is the founding father of legal brokerage services, having established the first firm of its type in Australia more than 15 years ago. He believes that too many wealthy private clients from Eastern Europe, especially those immigrating to the UK, have fallen into the hands of lawyers in London who are not necessarily experts in the requirements of their clients, and operate inefficiently and at excessive costs. He has devoted five years to researching UK law firms and established a panel of the very best lawyers in their field to whom Oracle LCM will refer their clients.
