The Earl of Limerick and Mark Browning join Oracle Capital Group Advisory Board

22 April 2013, London: Oracle Capital Group, a global independent multi-family office and wealth consultancy, has announced the appointments of the Earl of Limerick and Mark Browning to its Advisory Board. The Oracle Capital Group Advisory Board provides the Board of Directors with unparalleled expertise, insight and experience. It will also help Oracle Capital Group to tap into new networks of business partners and clients, and support the Group in confirming credibility, relationships and a strong reputation in existing and new markets.


Lord Limerick

Lord Limerick was in HM Diplomatic Service before joining Morgan Grenfell in Moscow in 1996 as Chief Representative. As a Director in Deutsche Bank in Moscow, London and Dubai, he worked on project finance and equity. In 2005, he became a Partner in Altima Partners LLP, managing the Altima Central Asia Fund. He is a lawyer and Oxford University Modern Languages graduate and holds Diplomas from the Ecole Nationale d’Administration, Paris, and the Pushkin Institute, Moscow. Edmund is a Non-Executive Director of London-listed Kazakhstan companies Roxi Petroleum plc and Chagala Group Ltd, as well as GRDC1 Ltd in Georgia, Longhorn Mining in Tajikstan and Thermotec South East in UK.

Mark Browning

Mark Browning is both a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England & Wales and is also called to the Bar of the Turks and Caicos Islands. Specialising in Commercial Law, with international clients including companies and individuals in Russia and the Far East, he is a recognised expert in the Food & Beverage and Leisure Sectors. He has sat on the Gambling Reform Committee in the House of Lords, the Home Office Liaison Committee and the Inner Temple Police Liaison Group. He is also a Director of BA Group.
