Oracle Capital Group Unveils Luxury Development Aimed at the High Net Worth Overseas Market

Oracle Capital Group has launched Oracle Apartments, its flagship luxury development in one of North London’s most exclusive areas in partnership with leading developer Harrison Varma.

Oracle Capital Group unveiled a £40 million apartment building on the corner of Hampstead Heath. Situated on one of the highest points in London, it has panoramic views over London and the park.

The new development consists of seven luxury apartments ranging from 3,000 to 6,000 square feet each. Three have been sold off-plan, including the penthouse, and another apartment is under offer.

The apartments cost between £5 million and £8.45 million and were built with the overseas market in mind. Ashton Rose, part of Oracle Capital Group, provides bespoke property search services and acquisition assistance for overseas investors and expats who increasingly seek to base themselves and their families in the UK.

Every unit at Oracle Apartments benefits from spacious reception rooms, at least 3 opulent bedrooms with en-suite luxury bathrooms and dedicated walk-in wardrobes. Each apartment has a media room which can be fully equipped at the buyer’s request. There is under floor heating and air-conditioning operated with a remote control in each and every room. Private terraced balconies give superb views over hand-crafted landscaped gardens and panoramic views over London. Each apartment has access to two secure underground parking spaces and a dedicated 24/7 concierge service. There are lifts from the underground parking area directly to front doors within the building.
