London, October 8, 2014: Oracle Capital Advisors representatives Aleksandr Lapidus and Natalia Makhonina-Byrdan were invited to a closed meeting at the Malta High Commission in the United Kingdom to discuss the latest news, changes, and almost a six months history of the Maltese program of individual investors which provided citizenship by investment.
Oracle Capital Advisors representatives had the honor to ask questions and discuss the details of the Program with Prime minister of Malta Dr. Joseph Muscat, executive director of the Maltese Program of individual investors Jonathan Kardon and Chairman of the Maltese personal identification agency Joe Wella Bonnichi.
In particular, significant attention has been paid to the main internal principals and strategies of the Program which served as a guide when taking decision of conferment of the Maltese nationality. Also peculiarities and stages of residency and citizenship gaining, requirement of actual presence in the territory of Malta at the moment of application processing within the Program framework, questions of verifications of the applicants’ personalities by the Maltese personal identification agency and many other things have been discussed.
