Oracle Capital Group Establishes Advisory Board: Martin Graham Appointed Chairman

Oracle Capital Group has appointed Martin Graham as the Chairman of its new Advisory Board which has been formed to help steer the group through its next stage of growth and expansion into new markets. Martin is already a member of Oracle Capital Group’s Management Board and is therefore very familiar with the company, its business and its ambitions.

Between 2003 and 2009 Martin was Director of Markets and Chairman of AIM at London Stock Exchange PLC where he had responsibility for over $500m of revenues and 75% of group profits. Martin led the exchange’s transformational growth strategy.

Martin is Chairman and founder of Secondcap which was set up to transform the efficiency of trading secondary fund interests in private equity. He provides specialist consultancy services to some of the world’s leading General Partners. He has been appointed to a number of boards including the Moscow Stock Exchange where he is also a member of the Strategy Committee.

Prior to a successful career in international finance and trading, Martin Graham gained an Economics degree from the London School of Economics. His personal interests include endurance running and cycling, and he enjoys horse racing and boutique Italian wine making.
