  • Receive an email confirmation with your unique order number (e.g. OAS-1234)

Step 2 – Send your documents to us

After placing your order

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

  • Your order reference number (e.g. OAS-1234)
  • Our postal address for document submission

Sending your documents

Choose the most convenient delivery method:

  • Send your documents by post within the UK
  • Drop your documents off in person
  • Send documents from overseas via courier (DHL, FedEx or similar)

Please include either:

  • A printed copy of your order confirmation, or
  • Your order number (e.g. OAS-1234) clearly written on the envelope
