Oracle Capital Group Trio on Wealth Management Leaders’ List

Three members of Oracle Capital Group’s senior management team have been named by Citywealth Magazine in its 2015 Leaders’ List. Citywealth, which is the premier magazine for private wealth management professionals, describes the Leaders’ List as a, “best of the best directory that lists hundreds of leading figures within the wealth management sector across all the major financial centres worldwide”.

The Leaders’ List is drawn up following consultation with professionals within the private wealth management sector as well as their Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients. Testimonials on individuals which are published alongside their listing on the List are genuine quotations from these professionals and clients, and are verified by Citywealth.

Martin Graham, Chairman of Oracle Capital Group, is listed in two categories: Financial Advisory and Special Services, and Family Wealth Advisory. Martin, who is described as, “a genuine leader in the global financial services industry”, has had a long and distinguished career in financial services. Between 2003 and 2009 he was Director of Markets and Chairman of AIM at London Stock Exchange PLC where he had direct responsibility for over $500m of revenues and 75% of group profits. He oversaw a five-fold increase in market size between 2003 and 2008. Martin is also on a number of Boards including Otkritie Capital International, where he chairs the Board Risk Committee.

The other two representatives from Oracle Capital Group who appear on the Leaders’ List, the Head of Finance, Rosie Chalmers, and the Head of Wealth Structuring and Fiduciary Services, Svetlana Ryabokon, appear not only on the lists for Financial Advisory and Special Services and Family Wealth Advisory, but also in the category of “Power Women”, which was introduced in 2014 and showcases the top recommended female wealth professionals in the world.

Rosie has nearly ten years of experience in Senior Financial Management roles. After specialising in Finance and Accountancy at university, she became a qualified accountant and is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. A testimonial on the Citywealth website maintains that, “Rosie Chalmers is a brilliant financial director and a dedicated person who has taken Oracle Capital to the next level.”

Svetlana’s name is on the Citywealth Leaders’ List for the third time, having been named in 2012 and 2014, when she featured on the first “Power Women” list. Svetlana, who holds the rare distinction of being a graduate of both Cambridge and Oxford Universities, having obtained a Law degree at Cambridge and an MSc from Oxford, advises clients on various aspects of wealth structuring, assets protection, family governance and succession planning. She is described by Citywealth as displaying, “the best professional and personal qualities: knowledge and expertise coupled with responsibility, integrity and timely execution.”

Oracle Capital Group congratulates these three colleagues on their inclusion in the Citywealth Leaders’ List, and is sure that our clients will see this as a ringing endorsement of our commitment to their best interests.
