Multi-family office adds new service to its offering with a Practising Certificate granted by Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA)
London: Oracle Capital Group, the global independent multi-family office and wealth consultancy, is launching a new Accountancy and Tax service regulated by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). In addition to the Legal Advisory Service which Oracle Capital Group recently added, the Accountancy and Tax Service Division will provide clients with extra specialist services to fulfil regular client demands in this area.
Rosie Chalmers, Head of the Accountancy and Tax Service and CFO at Oracle Capital Group, has been granted a Practising Certificate as a Chartered Certified Accountant in the United Kingdom, and will provide a range of accountancy and tax services in relation to immigration, start-up businesses and wealth and asset structuring. She will also give advice on Corporate Tax and VAT.
Under the Accountancy and Tax Service Division, Oracle Capital Group will offer clients the following services:
Personal services – individual advice on business performance or personal finances. The firm offers advice in relation to income tax; capital gains tax; inheritance tax; and tax issues related to immigration and change of residence
Corporate services – corporate tax planning; preparation of annual accounts; company secretarial services; payroll; VAT returns
The company also offers:
• Preparation of management reports on a monthly or a quarterly basis for decision makers and also at the request of auditors, bankers, Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs (HMRC) and other third parties
• Appointment as a tax agent, undertaking the activities as a “Chartered Certified Accountant”
• Communication with the Tax Authorities on behalf of the client, including submission of various Tax Returns, such as Corporate Tax, Self-Assessment Tax, VAT Returns, RTI (payroll) and ATED
Rosie Chalmers has more than ten years’ experience in Senior Financial Management roles. She received a BSc degree from Oxford Brookes University (UK) specialising in Finance and Accountancy, and also holds the ACCA, FTA and IFA certificates.
